We offer a broad range of mixed martial arts-related classes for every fitness and experience level. (Our complete class schedule is available through the link on the left.) Right now our current classes are:
Caveman workout
Not doing anything at 6:00 in the morning? Come to Shaddock MMA for a full-body workout that involves flipping semi-trailer tires, using a sledgehammer to work your core, and jumping rope. See our video on Youtube (and also on the Home page) for details.
Fit Box (Beginner Boxing)
Designed for those with little martial arts experience or might be in need of physical conditioning, Fit Box is a one hour fun, active workout that will develop your cardiovascular fitness while also providing a full body workout.
Boxing Training Camp (Advanced)
As the name implies, this class is for those who have either had previous boxing or martial arts experience, are in good (to great) physical condition, or simply want a kick butt workout.

Shaddock MMA Junior Team Practice
For teenagers (13-19) of all levels of knowledge and ability, this class is designed to improve self-defense skills while also building self-confidence.
Adult Open Mat
For those who want to practice their jiu jitsu skills, Adult Open Mat provides that chance in an encouraging, friendly atmosphere.
Boxing Clinic
A five-week program offered only on Saturday mornings from 8-10, this class provides a place to spar under the supervision of instructor John Shaddock. Attendees learn defense, movement, and punching, with some contact involved.
Kids Gaijin Ryu Jiu-Jitsu
Taught by Master Lee Epperson, this class teaches the basics of jiu-jitsu to kids as young as four years old. Along the way, they will learn self-discipline, improve their physical conditioning, and have lots of fun in the proces.
Adult Gaijin Ryu Jiu-Jitsu
Also taught by Master Lee, this class works with all levels of jiu-jitsu, from those just wanting to learn self-defense to those wanting to compete in jiu-jitsu tournaments.
Girlfight
A self defense and fitness class, designed specifically for women. Participants will learn the basics of boxing, wrestling, and jiu jitsu, while getting a terrific cardiovascular workout. Click here for our flyer.
Street Fight
Self defence for the street, learn effective techniques to keep yourself safe.
