Testimonials
This is what some of our members have to say about John and Master Lee's backgrounds and the gym's unique approach to training:
"John’s MMA and boxing classes are superb. My husband and I have made training with him part of our weekly training regiment. His classes are both rewarding and challenging. I truly enjoy going to his classes as they are both fun and an excellent stress reliever. I would highly recommend training with John."

Boxing class in action
"I've known John for a couple of years now and took his fitbox class before becomming a member of the fight team he has been putting together. The classes he teaches are great and i feel im always learning and improving during them. More importantly as a coach John is very dedicated to providing those he teaches with the tools and motivation to succeed in whatever their goals are..."
"John runs a really great class that is open and friendly, even for females. I managed to lose over 80 lbs without even trying just because it was so fun. I didn't realize how hard I was working...and that's specifically because of John's great teaching!"
"John's boxing class is a great alternative to the traditional gym work out. His program is always changing to keep you from getting into a routine and having your body get used to the same repetitive motion. I like the fact that John has a lot experience with boxing/MMA, unlike some trainers who take a one day seminar and are 'certified' to teach a boxing class. John also a great patience and pride with the youth classes he teaches. There is nothing greater than a child in a sports type of atmosphere. When a child is involved in a boxing/martial arts type training, it instills focus, discipline, and self motivation."
